Super CIA sleuth Mitch Rapp stars magnificently in this book. Vince Flynn writes fantastic books that move fast and keep your mind active without bogging down. Rapp works for the head of the CIA, Irene Kennedy, as well as being at the President of the United States beck and call constantly. He is a super master at what he does and there are few like him. Other nations throughout the world know and respect him for his ability to fight for them or against them if that becomes necessary.

Protect and Defend is taken right out of today's headlines as Iran has built a nuclear weapon facility and hid it from the rest of the world. But the unmanned spy facilities have discovered the facility and the free world knows what they must do. However before action can be taken from outside Iran, an Israeli has implanted himself as a trusted employee in that facility as a custodian of some sorts. He has had the opportunity to see this plant inside from top to bottom and also been able to make his plans on how to destroy the entire plant from within. He successfully carried out the destruction and afterwards saved his life and those that he was concerned with in the facility. Those in charge were in an elevator shaft at the time of the explosions so they also survived. The entire nuclear facility imploded down on itself.

The leaders of Iran's government had to place blame on someone other than themselves so the Israelis and Americans were made the scapegoats to the outside world. Those with knowledge of the destruction in Iran had proof it wasn't destroyed from outside. There were no missile or aircraft in the vicinity as proved by radar but the Iranians pressed on with their claims.

Mitch Rapp went into action with members of the CIA combined with military to meet with the Iranian leadership to find out exactly what had occurred and proving the fact that the destruction was from within, not from anyone outside. The Iranian's did all they could to make the world believe, especially their own people, that they were attacked. When the CIA Director, Irene Kennedy was captured, after a meeting in Iran, nothing was sacred in the search for her. Mitch Rapp and his team searched high and low to find her before she was killed or badly injured.

There is no shortage of action in this terrific book. You will not be disappointed and will have a hard time leaving the book.

The Canvas Transfer Process

Producing a canvas transfer is an intensely detailed process, which begins with an art print (ink on paper). Special chemicals are applied which, when dried, form a film that is meticulously separated from the paper and permanently embedded onto a high quality artist canvas. The canvas is then carefully stretched and wrapped around a sturdy, custom-cut inner support frame, called a "stretcher bar". Added brushstrokes are also carefully painted on to the canvas.

Ready to Hang

Canvas is wrapped around the stretcher bars and stapled on the back. White canvas will show on the sides and no part of the image is lost during this wrapping process. The stretcher bar on the back of the canvas has a saw-tooth hanger, making it ready to hang on your wall. The canvas texture and non-reflective nature of a canvas transfer allows you to hang them under any lighting conditions. A canvas transfer has a lifespan as long as any original painting or work of art. They can easily be dusted and cleaned with a damp cloth, giving years of use and enjoyment.

Easily Framed

Since there is no need to cover a canvas transfer with glass, having your canvas transfer framed is easy and cost effective.

SPECIAL NOTE REGARDING MUSEUM WRAPS

If your order contains a border around the main design of the image, it WILL BE cropped off. This will occur if there is a white, black orother colored border around the main image. Any text that appears in the border WILL also be cropped off as well.

Do you like soap operas? Are you a vampire fanatic? If you love both and you are looking for an intriguing and well rounded TV show I recommend you try the true blood series on HBO. The series is based on the awesome vampire novels by Charlaine Harris. Her books were written about a young waitress in Louisiana named Sookie Stackhouse who just happens to be psychic. Sookie has the ability to read minds but finds it quite troublesome to always know what people around her are thinking. One day a vampire named Bill comes into her bar and she is intrigued by the fact that she cannot read his mind. They end up forming a relationship that eventually ends up changing Sookie's life and the life of everyone she knows.

True blood is about the relationship between Sookie and Bill but it's also about the amazing supporting characters and how their lives play out in the series. Each episode is almost like a mini-movie filled with drama, angst and glimpses of the fascinating back story that ties them all together. I missed the show when it first aired but I was able to watch the entire first season online. Since I am a huge fan of the novels I was a little wary of how effective HBO would be at translating it to the small screen. Surprisingly I think they did an excellent job. Anna Paquin makes a great Sookie and all of the supporting characters in the show are surprisingly good. True blood does a great job of relating the morbid, dark and sexy world of vampires to the viewers.

Right now the true blood series is in the middle of season three. However, if you are just starting out you should watch both season 1 and season 2. Luckily there are many places on the Internet where you can watch full episodes of true blood without any hassle. There are plenty of places that offer true blood online with comprehensive episode guides, movie clips and even streaming versions of the theme song from the TV series. Make sure you have the proper requirements and any required software, like a movie player, so you get the full benefit of watching the show, I guarantee you will be glad you did.
